A Bit About My Stickers
Each sticker is printed on carefully chosen, eco-conscious materials using a high-resolution inkjet process for rich color and clean detail. Designs are then cold-press laminated using a PVC-free laminate, adding protection without heat or solvents and preserving both the artwork and the materials.
Once laminated, stickers are precision cut using a Silhouette cutter, making them easy to peel while keeping edges clean and consistent.
Home production allows for small runs, less waste, and thoughtful material use, while still meeting the durability and finish standards I expect from professionally made products. It also allows me to use recycled and environmentally friendly materials so you can feel good about your dopamine decor.
Thoughtfully Produced
Every sticker at Bit of Moss is made with intention, not mass production.
New or untested designs are typically made to order, so nothing is printed until it has a home. This helps reduce excess inventory and keeps materials from being wasted.
Well-loved designs may be produced in small batches, allowing for more efficient printing while still keeping quantities limited and thoughtful. This approach balances consistency, quality, and a lighter environmental footprint.
Some stickers (those that require extreme durability or specialized materials) are professionally manufactured in small runs. This ensures that high standards are always met when a design calls for waterproofing, dishwasher safety, or long-term outdoor use.
Rather than relying on a single production method, each sticker is made using the approach that best fits its design, intended use, and material needs.
Sustainably Shipped To You
Orders are packaged using recycled and recyclable paper (or seaweed) mailers sourced from EcoEnclose. From illustration to mailbox, every step is designed to minimize waste while still delivering a card that feels substantial, thoughtful, and made to last beyond a single moment.
Sticker Durability Tiers
🌱 Tier 1: Paper Finish (Unlaminated, Recycled)
These stickers are printed in-house on 100% recycled white matte label paper, made from 100% post-consumer waste (PCW). The paper has a matte finish and a permanent adhesive, making it ideal for notebooks, planners, journals, and other paper or indoor surfaces.
This tier is intentionally unlaminated, preserving a soft, paper texture and making it the most eco-friendly option. Best for decorative or stationery use where water resistance isn’t needed.
🌿 Tier 2: Laminated Recycled (PVC-Free)
This tier uses the same 100% post-consumer recycled matte paper, but is sealed with a PVC-free protective laminate for added durability. The laminate helps guard against light moisture, scuffs, and everyday handling while keeping plastic use to a minimum.
These stickers are a good fit for laptops, folders, planners, and surfaces that get regular use but stay mostly dry.
💧 Tier 3: Waterproof Matte (PVC-Free, Laminated)
Designed for more demanding everyday use, these stickers are finished with a PVC-free matte laminate that makes them fully waterproof and more resistant to wear. They’re well suited for water bottles, bikes, and items that may be exposed to splashes, rain, or frequent handling.
This tier offers a strong balance between durability and environmental consideration, using PVC-free materials while significantly increasing longevity.
Waterproof and outdoor-friendly.
🛡️ Super Tough (Dishwasher-Safe)
These are my most durable stickers and are professionally manufactured by a third-party producer using commercial-grade materials and inks. They are fully waterproof, UV-resistant, and dishwasher safe, designed to withstand heat, weather, and repeated washing.
This tier is best for cars, outdoor gear, bottles that actually go in the dishwasher, and any surface that needs maximum durability.
Built for long-term, high-impact use.
